1k ski erg then 11 burpees over bar x 10minute + 500m ski erg
30 min mobility include 10 r hyper + 10 ghr x 4 rounds in this time
300 ft hs walk for time rest as needed

metcon 2:
3 peg board + 15/12 cal assault bike + 2 pegboard + 15/12 + 1 pegboard + 15/12 for time

10 parallette hspu + 10 pistols with 50/35 db + 5/5 for time
