A. 4 sets of Clean Lift Off+Clean Deadlift+Clean

B. 4 x 1 Clean and Jerk

C. Build to a heavy Jerk Balance

D. Accumulate 3 min in plank
Accumulate 2 min on Right Side
plank and 2 min on Left Side Plank

E. 3 sets of 15 Weighted Situps

During A and B think about
resting between 2 and 3 minutes
between sets to allow for the
heaviest lifts possible.

E is any variation of weighted
situp. But if 15 unweighted situps
is a challenge; for now just do
bodyweight.
